RPM V*****6 High Accuracy Air Gauge, Can make measurements through multi – channels simultaneously, complete digital display interface, possesses Ethernet port and specialized in mini hole measuring! Is widely applied in inner diameter and outer diameter measuring, thickness measuring, roundness measuring, taper measuring, cylindricity measuring.

Capabilities and Functions

High Accuracy and wide measuring range, integrated with the RPM A*1 air – to electronic converter with super integrating capability, can enhance the accuracy of the non – contact air measuring greatly,.

Unique mini hole measuring function, can measure tiny hole of **3mm.

Apart from length measuring, can also be applied on air tightness testing. 

Complete digitalized measuring can minimize any inaccurate measuring results by hand while improving measuring efficiency greatly.

The switching between digital display and simulated electronic column display offers operators various ways for choice.
 

One channel can provide measuring functions of *0 layers (Made to Measure for *0 layers plus) at most. Various data such as cylindricity and taper can be worked out by one step operating only, in this way, measuring processes can be simplified to the largest extent.

Muti – channel measuring: The machine provides 6 channel (Made to measure up to *4 channels) measuring at the same time, Multi – data measuring can be realized with only one gauge which is connected with multi – measuring channels. Therefore This machine can take the place of 6 traditional type of gauges.
 

Measuring results recording: Measuring results can be recorded to hard disk under specific name of each workpiece, Making up – to – second statistics and analysis of the results in the RPM non – contact precision measuring system ( super edition offers workpiece matching function), or delivering the results to various SPC progresses for use. And historic data can be taken in too.

Communicating with all control terminals via Ethernet, can send email automatically and share data with other Ethernet port, possesses powerful long distance management capability.

Strong adaptability: can be used coordinately with various pneumatic measuring heads from within the country and abroad. Is the ideal substitute for pointer pneumatic measuring instruments, buoy type measuring instrument & column measuring instrument.
